CAAMP Policies
Membership Policy
Membership in the California Association of Anger Management Providers (CAAMP) is subject to eligibility requirements and approval by CAAMP where applicable. Membership benefits remain active for the duration of the membership term purchased. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and complying with all applicable CAAMP policies and standards. CAAMP reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of Association policies, professional misconduct, fraudulent activity, or other actions deemed contrary to the mission and interests of the Association.
Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy
Membership dues are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Members may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting CAAMP. Cancellation of a membership will prevent future renewal charges but does not entitle the member to a refund of dues already paid.
Event Registration and Refund Policy
Registration fees for conferences, trainings, webinars, and other events may be refunded if a written cancellation request is received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date. A $25 administrative processing fee may be deducted from approved refunds. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received fewer than fourteen (14) days before an event, for failure to attend, or for partially attended events. Substitutions may be permitted at CAAMP’s discretion if requested before the event begins. CAAMP reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify any event. If CAAMP cancels an event, registrants will be offered either a full refund or the option to apply their registration fee toward a future event.
Directory Listings
CAAMP members who qualify for inclusion in the Association’s public directories may be listed at CAAMP’s discretion and in accordance with applicable membership requirements. CAAMP reserves the right to edit, update, suspend, or remove directory listings that contain inaccurate information, violate Association policies, or fail to meet membership requirements.
